As a Sr Adv ISC Analytics Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions. With your strong data analytics skills and expertise, you will develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy. In this role, your work will improve decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Facilitating day-to-day team programmatic and reporting
- Engaging globally diverse teams. Working with Honeywell engineering operations and project engineering processes
- Develop metrics KPI, analyze status, and recommended courses of action to the Leadership in support of reviews - serve as the focal point for such metrics and key program data
- Participate and facilitate Risk and Opportunity Management
- Identifying root-cause and corrective actions for complex problems with, at times, incomplete information
- Communicating across organizations, between focal, and amongst team members
- Participate in and/or lead process or tool improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Science or Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field, or related work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in PM and data analytics.
- Experience working with ISC functions and/or sites.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Working knowledge in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- PM Certification (good to have)
- Lean/Geen Belt certification
Additional Qualifications
- Strong knowledge/ experience with resource planning, scheduling, metrics management, financial data compilation and analysis
- In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP project systems, Tableau and Honeywell Project Management Tools
- Experience in handling Supply chain support Programs
- Experience in Automation/Digitization Projects which leads Productivity Savings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation)
- Ability to positively influence others
- Ability to work independently with remote and diverse teams in a matrix environment.
