Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Manager located in Noida. The Admission Manager will oversee the end-to-end admission process, including student counseling, providing guidance on program selection, and assisting students in navigating competitive management entrance exams. Responsibilities also include building relationships with partner institutions, managing admission pipelines, conducting workshops or GD/PI preparation sessions, and ensuring a seamless admission experience for students. The role will also involve tracking admissions data, collaborating with internal teams for outreach initiatives, and delivering periodic updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling, Career Guidance, and Admission Process Management skills
- Expertise in Communication, Relationship Building, and Networking with Educational Institutions
- Organizational and Data Management skills for tracking admissions and reporting activities
- Presentation and Public Speaking skills for conducting workshops and GD/PI sessions
- Strong understanding of MBA programs, entrance exams (CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT), and education market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus
- Prior experience in academic consulting, education counseling, or admissions management preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
