We are looking for a Sr. Admission Counsellor.
Resposibilities:
Achieve individual admission targets for online MBA and other DLP programs.
Guide and support prospective students through the admission process.
On time follow-ups, counselling techniques, and closures.
Manage CRM tools effectively to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smoother admissions flow.
Maintain a positive, goal-oriented attitude while driving results.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Online MBA / DLP sales (mandatory).
Must be a graduate in any discipline.
Should have excellent communication and counselling skills.
Must own a personal laptop and be comfortable working in a startup environment.
