Role: Sales Team Lead

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive and manage a high-performing team of Inside Sales Executives/Admission Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Admission Counsellors
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admissions targets
  • Coach and train team members on sales strategies
  • Monitor CRM activity and ensure timely lead follow-ups
  • Optimize sales pitches, scripts, and processes
  • Conduct team reviews and performance meetings
  • Handle escalations and support closures when needed
  • Report performance metrics to management

Candidate Profile

  • 410 years experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Counseling
  • Proven leadership and target achievement history
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • CRM and sales funnel familiarity
  • Strong problem-solving and mentoring ability
