Job Description

Admission Conversion: Handle student enquiries and convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
Course Counselling: Brief candidates in detail about available courses conducted at the institute, including curriculum, benefits, and outcomes.
Tele-Counselling: Conduct telephonic counselling for prospective students and generate walk-ins to the training center.
Lead Management: Perform daily follow-ups with interested candidates to maintain engagement and drive admission closure.
Sales-Oriented Counselling: Apply strong sales techniques to meet and exceed admission targets while maintaining a student-focused approach.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term relationships with students by addressing queries and guiding them through the admission process.
