We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Admission Counselor to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong understanding of the admissions process, helping prospective students navigate their educational journeys.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide them with information about courses and programs offered.
• Evaluate applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates suitability for admission.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, and seminars to promote the institution.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract potential students.
• Provide counseling and support to students regarding their academic and career choices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in admissions counseling with EdTech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the education system and admission processes in India.
