Job Summary:
Responsible for independently managing end-to-end travel, facility, and administrative operations. The role focuses on ensuring a well-maintained, efficient workspace and smooth travel experience through proactive coordination, local vendor networking, and cost-effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of travel, facility, and admin processes to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings, visa processing, and related documentation within defined timelines, with a clear understanding of visa, ticketing, and travel compliance guidelines. (India Singapore USA)
- Build and maintain strong local vendor networks to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.
- Oversee facility management, hygiene, safety, and maintenance through regular inspections and prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate trackers for invoices, bills, and travel expenses for transparency and timely updates.
- Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations, and logistics with seamless execution.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
- Supervise support staff, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and adherence to hygiene and operational standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility with work timings, especially during events, travel arrangements, or urgent operational needs.
