Sr AD Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Active Directory Engineer to join our client's dynamic IT infrastructure team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), PKI Certificates, and on-premise policy configuration. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including user/group management and AD forest/domain configuration
• Handle PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) certificates and related security operations
• Implement and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and security policies across the environment
• Administer and support on-premise infrastructure, ensuring uptime and compliance with internal standards
• Troubleshoot AD replication, DNS issues, and authentication problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on access control, identity management, and directory services
• Participate in audits, risk reviews, and patching processes related to identity services

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Active Directory
• Solid experience with PKI certificates and certificate lifecycle management
• Expertise in on-premise IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in creating, managing, and troubleshooting Group Policies (GPOs)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Good to Have:

• Exposure to cloud identity platforms like Azure AD
• Experience with ADFS, MFA, or SSO configurations
