Sr Account s Executive position

work location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Responsibilities

Good in Taxation

1. Advance Tax calculation

2. Handling Income Tax scrutiny cases

3. Reply to Income Tax queries

4. Coordinate with Sunil Mahendrakar apart from the tax consultant regarding income tax-related issues

5. Internal checking of all the entries and rectification

6. Scrutiny GST input entries on monthly basis.

7. Scrutiny TDS entries at the time of quarterly return

8. Income tax return and scrutiny data preparation

9. EMD/BG cancellation follow-up with banks(Axis,IDFC/HDfc)

10. Helping with the preparation of Quarterly MIS

11. Balance Sheet finalization

12. Coordinate with Auditor

B. Key Success Behaviours (Key Competencies):

Well versed in Final Accounts. An individual able to prepare complete accounts (till audit) and Tax audit reports.

Able to scrutinize all the financial entries into the system so that the end of the year will help us to close our balance sheet on time.

Good knowledge of the Income Tax Act & Rules

Good communication skills so that easily explain the mistake to his/her colleague and provide the solution too.
