Job Description
Position: Account executive
Salary - upto 4lpa
Experience: 2 too 5 years of exp. in Finance and accounting operations
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, journal entries, receipts, payments, and maintenance of financial records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing, collections, and ageing reports.
Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with GST, TDS, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and coordination with CA/external consultants.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash-flow statements, ageing reports, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
Support payroll accounting, employee reimbursements, project/CSR financial reporting, and other finance operations.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring adherence to finance policies and approval processes.
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
* Good knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
* Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
* Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good numerical and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
