Job Description :
Shift Timing : 12:30 AM to 10:00 PM
In Day light Saving : 01:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Division : IMS Decimal
• Month end Accounts: Prepare and analyse monthly management reports for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
• Payroll Journal : Reconcile payroll control accounts monthly
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and current financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management, following UK standards.
• VAT Returns: Prepare and submit UK VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations, ensuring timely filing and adherence to VAT laws.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, forecast liquidity requirements, and support working capital management for Australian entities.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, identify financial trends and risks, and provide actionable insights for improved financial performance.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards , taxation laws, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Collaboration: Liaise with UK clients, finance teams, and external stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and deliver financial clarity.
• relevant experience in accounting
• Sound understanding of GAAP, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks, with strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Prior experience working with Australian/ USA /UK clients or in a global service delivery environment is advantageous
