Sr Accounting Specialist

Key Deliverables:

• Lead monthly financial close and reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Honeywell policies.
• Identify and eliminate non-standard practices, enabling R2R standardization across global entities.
• Deliver actionable insights using GA data warehouse and reporting tools.
• Drive automation, process re-engineering, and transformation initiatives for improved compliance and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve close exceptions through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Controllership and Ops to strengthen financial controls and reporting.
• Define, monitor, and improve R2R KPIs aligned with performance metrics.
• Ensure SOX compliance and participate in finance process improvement projects.
