We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
