Sr Accountant

The Sr. Accountant will manage accounting operations for infrastructure projects, particularly housing projects, maintain computerized financial records, and ensure accurate reporting in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage day-to-day computerized accounting records
• Oversee accounting for housing and infrastructure projects
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Monitor project expenses and ensure accurate cost allocation
• Assist in budget tracking and project financial analysis
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Provide financial insights and reports to management

Eligibility Criteria

• M.Com or B.Com qualification
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting within infrastructure or housing projects
• Proficiency in computerized accounting systems
