Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Moradabad. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage the organization's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and auditing. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role will also involve analyzing financial data to identify improvement opportunities and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance
- In-depth understanding of auditing practices and financial regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with accounting software and financial management tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA is a plus
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the accounting or finance sector is preferred
