We are a fast-growing consulting company in Analytics, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. We deploy software solutions in the area of FP&A, Consolidation, Analytics for our clients in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Zoho Books
• Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage routine banking operations
• Handle GST filings and ensure TDS compliance
• Assist in preparation and basic finalization of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Prepare, maintain, and organize accounting records and documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial clarifications
• Effectively multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, and banking transactions
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable tax regulations
• Basic understanding of account finalization, P&L, and Balance Sheet
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good Communication Skills
