Job Description

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation activities
Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes related to infrastructure project execution
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies
Assist in preparation of financial statements, audit documentation, and internal financial reports
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate transactions
Coordinate with project teams to track expenses, manage cost allocations, and support financial planning
Liaise with external auditors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and adherence to reporting guidelines
Maintain accurate financial records and support internal controls in project financial operations
Utilize accounting software and tools for data entry, reporting, and analysis
