The Role

As a key member of account management team at eCultify, you'll partner with clients to conceptualize, implement, and supervise all digital media activities for their assigned brands. Your strategic insight will be crucial in delivering impactful campaigns that drive tangible value, ultimately contributing to their brand management goals and our collective pursuit of excellence.

Experience:3+ years

Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that align with client business objectives and drive revenue growth for eCultify.

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering deep partnerships and becoming a trusted strategic advisor.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling ecultify's services.

Prepare analysis, review & reports on campaign effectiveness by tracking KPI's measuring the impact of social & digital media strategies

Co- ordinate with third party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projects

Lead the development and delivery of compelling campaigns, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.

Manage account-level profitability, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.

Actively collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Strategy, Production) to ensure seamless project execution and optimal client outcomes.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide superior strategic guidance to clients.

Skillfully navigate and resolve complex client challenges or conflicts, maintaining positive relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an Account Manager role within an advertising agency or a similar client-facing marketing role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of various advertising channels (digital, social, traditional, etc.) and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for advertising and a desire to contribute to innovative campaigns.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with specific ad platforms or analytics tools.
  • A portfolio demonstrating successful client campaign management.
