Sr. ABAP/EWM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ABAP/EWM Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ABAP programming and extensive experience in the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the technical design and implementation of solutions, working closely with functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ABAP programs and enhancements in SAP EWM systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows using ABAP programming.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of ABAP code and EWM processes to resolve issues efficiently.
• Optimize existing ABAP code for performance improvements and ensure best practices are followed.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
• Assist in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Participate in SAP EWM project planning and execution, including estimation and resource management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-12 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development, with a strong focus on SAP EWM.
• Proficient in ABAP programming language, including Object-Oriented ABAP and enhancements.
• Experience in developing and customizing SAP EWM functionalities and processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM module and its integration with other SAP modules such as MM, WM, and SD.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
