Job Description :

1. Branch Infrastructure & Lease Management

1. End-to-end verification and approval of Lease Agreements (LA), Rent Advance (RA) and Refundable Deposits (RD) in alignment with TOA and company policies.
2. Ensure timely release of RA/RD to landlords based on branch opening milestones and progress approvals.
3. Preparation and validation of rent sheets for all Branches & ROs as per approved lease and rent advance norms.
4. Resolution of landlord-related queries (rent, RA, RD, escalations) raised by branches/ROs.

2. Rent Accounting & Reconciliation

1. Periodic RA & RD reconciliation in coordination with HO Accounts.
2. Support HO Finance in reconciling historical data arising from rapid branch expansion across regions.
3. Oversee rent module migration and stabilization, including audit-level closure of pending gaps.

3. Asset Management & Procurement Governance

1. Approval and control of fixed asset purchases (FA, marketing assets, miscellaneous procurements) at branch, RO, and HO levels.
