SQL, UNIX, ITIL -L3 Engineer

Responsibilities:

Database & SQL Expertise:

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support banking applications.
• Perform data extraction, manipulation, and reporting tasks using SQL.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance in database operations.

UNIX & Scripting:

• Use UNIX/Linux commands and shell scripting to automate routine tasks and manage files, processes, and logs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot UNIX systems related to banking applications.

ITIL & Process Adherence:

• Follow ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and governance in daily tasks.

Banking Domain Knowledge:

• Understand core banking concepts and processes to support database and system operations effectively.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to implement banking-related solutions.
