We are looking for a SQL Technical Support Engineer with strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of client-specific solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL-based applications and solutions
- Write clean and efficient SQL code based on technical requirements
- Develop and optimize stored procedures and functions
- Analyze existing SQL queries and improve database performance
- Perform unit testing and coordinate with internal teams
- Troubleshoot and debug web applications
- Maintain technical and functional documentation
- Work with code management tools and follow development standards
- Continuously upgrade technical and functional skills
Required Skills:
- 1–4 years of overall experience, with strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Good knowledge of Relational Database concepts
- Understanding of Primary Keys, Foreign Keys, Joins, and other database concepts
- Experience in SQL query optimization and performance improvement
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to SSRS, Crystal Reports, or other reporting tools is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, or jQuery will be an added advantage
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA
