About the Role

We are seeking an SSIS Support Analyst with strong SQL, SSIS, and data management skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in database development, report/dashboard creation, and data troubleshooting to support business-critical processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes, and SQL Jobs with an eye on performance.

Convert, manipulate, and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into systems using SQL Server integration tools.

Create, modify, and troubleshoot reporting queries in SQL Server 2019.

Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.

Manage and resolve data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees.

Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems.

Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical and consultative skills, and acquired knowledge of the work product.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of database and application development experience.

Proven SQL Language experience with highly-performing SQL.

Experience in developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.

Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.

Strong experience with MS SQL Server.

Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.

Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
