We are seeking a SQL Server/SSIS Developer to design, develop, and manage enterprise data services for a major multinational organization. The development phase is already underway, and the role will play a critical part in building new data solutions while maintaining and optimizing the existing BI landscape. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Gurgaon.
Your tasks
- Developing new OLAP cubes and supporting BI architecture evolution
- Delivering new data integration projects and implementing ETL flows
- Building static reports using SSRS
- Performing complex maintenance on existing cubes, ETL processes, and data pipelines
- Applying clean coding principles and performance optimization techniques
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Working with regional clients to support BI development and data delivery
- Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of enterprise data solutions
Requirements
- At least 9 years of total experience in data development
- Minimum 7 years of strong SQL Server development experience (Stored Procedures, Functions, Complex Joins, Performance Tuning/Improvement)
- Over 5 years of core development experience in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) with current project exposure
- Strong technical expertise in SQL and SSIS core development
- Ability to write clean, efficient code and independently contribute to development tasks
- Solid experience in MSSQL, SSAS (Multidimensional/Tabular), DAX, and SSRS
- Strong capability in database schema design (RDBMS & OLAP) and data modelling
- Proven experience in cube development, ETL implementation, and SSRS report creation
- Demonstrates strong motivation to grow as a SQL and SSIS Developer and deepen technical expertise in advanced technical solutions
- Proficient in designing DB schemas (RDBMS & OLAP) and data flows
Nice to have
- Experience working with multinational teams (EU region)
- Prior experience with enterprise-grade BI ecosystems
