We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator to support mission-critical production systems in a secure 24/7 environment. You will be responsible for the availability, performance, security, and reliability of Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB platforms, working closely with infrastructure, system, software, and security teams.
Key Responsibilitie
- sProvide Day 2 (L2/L3) production support for MSSQL and MongoDB, including incident response and root cause analysis
- .Manage high availability environments including SQL Server Always On and MongoDB Replica Sets
- .Perform database administration, backup & recovery, patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery testing
- .Monitor and optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and capacity planning
- .Support application deployments, database releases, data migrations, and post-deployment validation
- .Implement database security, access controls, auditing, and vulnerability remediation
- .Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and support compliance with government security standards
- .Participate in 24/7 on-call support for critical production incidents

- ts5–8+ years of hands-on DBA experience supporting enterprise production environment
