Job Description
We are hiring
SQL Developers with GenAI exposure for a high-impact modernization program. This role goes beyond traditional database development and requires working in
AI-assisted SDLC environments, where productivity and automation are key.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
SQL Development & Data Engineering
Write and optimize
complex SQL queries at scale
Design And Manage
- Tables, relationships, constraints
- Normalized and denormalized data models (based on use case)
Develop and maintain: Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers
Work on query performance tuning and optimization
Support application data access layers
Querying Skills
Strong hands-on experience in: Joins (inner, outer, complex joins), Subqueries, CTEs (Common Table Expressions), Window functions
Database Technologies
Experience with at least one: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
GenAI / Codex CLI Exposure (Must-have)
Codex CLI experts with 11.5 years of hands-on experience in SDLC environments
Strong Experience In
- .md-based LLM workflows (implementation plans, structured files)
- Prompt structuring and context engineering
- Sequencing tasks/stories for LLM consumption
- Ability to:
- Generate SQL/code using AI Tools
- Validate, optimize, and productionize AI-generated outputs
- To drive 10x20x productivity gains using AI-assisted development
Scripting Skills
Basic to intermediate experience in: Python
or Shell scripting
