About This Role

We're looking for a dynamic, people-oriented, highly analytical person to join our development team in Mumbai. You will be a part of the Product Development Team responsible for building the Web Services layer of our SaaS Platform.

Required Competences- Must have Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statics or related field, or equivalent work experience.

4-6 years of experience in SQL server development and database management.

Excellent in SQL, Strong hands-on experience in writing complex stored procedures

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective, scalable solutions.

Promote a strong culture of stable, production-ready code, with an emphasis on reliability and deployment confidence.

Guide and mentor junior developers; assign tasks, review code, and uphold coding standards.

Encourage the use of AI-powered development tools to boost team productivity, code quality, and test coverage.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of .net/C# will be added advantage
