About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our dynamic team remotely from Noida, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex database solutions, data integration processes, and reporting systems that drive business insights and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports, ensuring high performance and data integrity. This position requires working in US Pacific Time (PST) hours, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in a flexible, remote work environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SQL development, ETL processes, and .NET technologies. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with at least four years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and C#/.NET frameworks is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of relational database concepts and large data set management.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support various business applications and reporting needs.
- Optimize query performance through indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and tuning techniques to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Develop and manage SSIS packages for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, ensuring seamless data integration and transformation workflows.
- Create, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with application development teams to integrate database logic with C#/.NET applications, ensuring smooth interoperability and data flow.
- Analyze large datasets to verify data accuracy, consistency, and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in both production and development environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring data reliability.
- Participate in database design, schema creation, and data modeling activities to support new and existing projects.
- Support data migration, transformation, and cleansing activities to maintain data quality and integrity across systems.
- Document technical designs, processes, data flows, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.
