About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled PL-SQL Lead to manage a critical project for one of our prominent clients in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology and demonstrate extensive experience in developing and managing advanced technology applications. This role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of the project, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MCA is preferred.
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience as a PL-SQL developer, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of database modeling, data structure design, and business functionality analysis.
- Experience with database migration, performance tuning, and scripting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a client environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of PL-SQL applications, including creating packages, procedures, and functions.
- Design and implement efficient database solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop detailed Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and participate in peer reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- Conduct performance tuning of SQL queries and optimize database operations for better efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications within the overall system architecture.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Participate in client meetings, providing technical expertise and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation according to organizational standards.
