Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in SQL Developer with performance tuning.
- Strong expertise in:
- SQL query optimization
- Indexing strategies
- Execution plans
- Database design principles
- Hands-on experience with database monitoring and performance tuning tools
- Solid understanding of database security, data integrity, and best practices
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database performance issues
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, OCP, or equivalent) are an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
