About the Role
We are looking for a SQL Developer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on database development, data querying, analytics systems, and intelligent data workflows.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to SQL queries, stored procedures, database optimization, reporting systems, and data transformation workflows, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world data engineering and analytics challenges.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for business intelligence, analytics automation, enterprise reporting, and scalable data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated SQL queries and database-related outputs
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for query accuracy, database efficiency, scalability, and data integrity
- Identify inefficient queries, schema issues, performance bottlenecks, logic errors, or reporting inconsistencies in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving database development, reporting systems, ETL processes, and analytics pipelines
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on intelligent data workflows and database engineering
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar database systems
- Strong understanding of joins, indexing, normalization, stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization
- Familiarity with ETL workflows, BI tools, reporting systems, or cloud data platforms is preferred
- Experience working with large datasets and analytics workflows is a plus
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
