Job Title: SQL Developer (2–3 Years Experience)

We are hiring a detail-oriented SQL Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server and database development.
Role Overview
The SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQL databases, writing complex queries, and supporting application integrations and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Design and manage database schemas, tables, and relationships
- Improve query performance using indexing and execution plans
- Work with large datasets ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Develop basic ETL processes for data movement and transformation
- Support .NET / API integration with databases
- Handle database backups, restores, and troubleshooting
- Support reporting using SSRS or similar tools
Required Skills
- Strong SQL (T-SQL preferred)
- Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019+)
- Stored Procedures, Views, Functions
- Joins, CTEs, Window Functions
- Indexing & Performance Tuning
- Basic ETL understanding
- SSMS & SQL Profiler

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
