About the RoleWe are seeking a SQL Developer with hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our global pharma client on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL-based solutions to support clinical, regulatory, and commercial data initiatives across global teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and reports.Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Collaborate with data analysts, business users, and other developers to understand data requirements.Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with pharma data standards.Troubleshoot and resolve SQL performance and data issues.Work closely with cross-functional teams across different geographies in CET hours.
Requirements3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience is mandatory.Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent).Experience with data modeling, ETL tools, and relational database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).Good understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, EMA).Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.Must be available to work CET business hours.Immediate availability required.Contract/B2B engagement only (no employment option).
