Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures for data manipulation and reporting.
Design and implement database schemas that support business requirements.
Optimize SQL queries for improved performance and efficiency.
Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.
Troubleshoot database issues and provide technical support to users as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SQL Developer or similar role in database management.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and procedures.
Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Ability to analyze data and provide insightful recommendations based on findings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
