Job Description

Hiring: Senior DBA / PostgreSQL Database Engineer

Experience: 8–10 Years

Mode: Remote

Key Requirements:

Strong PostgreSQL administration & internals
PostgreSQL Migration: On-Prem → AWS Cloud
Hands-on PostgreSQL version upgrade/migration
Query performance tuning & EXPLAIN ANALYZE
Indexing: B-Tree, GIN, GiST, BRIN
Large-scale database performance optimization
Partitioning, schema design & data modelling
VACUUM, WAL, replication & bloat management
Experience with 100M+ row tables preferred

Must Have: Proven hands-on experience migrating older PostgreSQL versions to newer PostgreSQL versions on AWS.
