Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SQL Database Administrator (DBA) with a strong background in managing databases within an SAP Business One (SAP B1) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining database performance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting SAP B1 database operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases used for SAP Business One.
• Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, backups, and recovery.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Ensure database security, integrity, and availability.
• Manage and optimize SQL queries, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Support SAP B1 application teams in resolving database-related issues.
• Perform regular health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and database standards.
• Collaborate with the SAP B1 and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth system operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One database architecture.
• Proficiency in T-SQL scripting, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SQL Server backup/recovery strategies and high availability solutions (AlwaysOn, Replication, Log Shipping, etc.).
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration and database security best practices.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports and SAP B1 add-ons preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
