Job Title: SQL Database Administrator

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Industry Focus: Banking (Priority), Fintech (Product Development background also considered)

Position Overview:

As an experienced SQL Database Administrator (DBA), you will be responsible for the management, performance tuning, and optimization of SQL Server databases. You will work closely with development teams and IT operations to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of database systems. Your extensive experience in SQL performance tuning and database administration will be critical to supporting mission-critical applications.

Qualifications:

• Heavy experience on AWS RDS.
• Excellent at performance tuning
• Golden Gate Experience
• Implementing High Availability databases
• Disaster Recovery
• Data Replication
• Database administration
• Automation and scripting

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Administrator (MCDBA) or similar certifications.
