• Develop, maintain, and support SQL Server and SSAS-based BI solutions
• Work on enhancement of existing applications and optimize database processes for better performance
• Maintain and troubleshoot SSAS cubes ensuring smooth reporting and analytics operations
• Develop and support SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages for data workflows
• Work with SQL Server (2005 and above) for querying, optimization, and data processing
• Use MDX queries for OLAP cube analysis and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, status tracking, and issue resolution
• Identify potential issues proactively and escalate to supervisors when required
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for BI and database solutions
• Support production issues and ensure timely resolution of data/BI-related problems
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams for project delivery and updates
