Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SQL & SSIS Engineer with hands-on experience in MS SQL Server and SSIS to maintain and support enterprise data integration solutions. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing SQL databases and SSIS packages in a production environment.
Candidates with a SQL Developer background and strong SSIS exposure are also welcome if they are comfortable working in a production-facing role.
Note: The designation will not be labeled as a Support role.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, manage, and support SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, and scheduled ETL workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes
Collaborate with development teams to deploy bug fixes, enhancements, and optimizations
Handle incident management, service requests, and SLA-driven deliverables
Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, and database performance
Support deployment, versioning, and migration of SSIS packages
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system stability
Maintain technical documentation and support runbooks
