Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented SQA Analyst with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate application functionality and performance.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test reports.
- Ensure that applications meet quality standards, performance benchmarks, and user expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with both manual and automation testing.
- Strong experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
