Spring Boot Lead

We are seeking a Spring Boot Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot, coupled with leadership experience. You will play a pivotal role in designing frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms, and implementing design patterns to develop scalable, high-performance applications. This is a full-time onsite role that requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and team collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Development and Design:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create robust frameworks for scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Implement and ensure adherence to best practices, including design patterns and coding standards.

Cloud Integration:

• Work with cloud platforms to design, deploy, and manage applications.
• Ensure cloud solutions are optimized for performance and security.

Technical Expertise:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance and scalability.

Documentation and Reporting:
