Position : Spotfire Admin Tester

Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite)

Duration: Full time

Shift: UK Shift

Experience: 5-10 years mandatory

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain base software, including patch and release management.

• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting, diagnostic support, and incident management.

• Manage security, service requests, project provisioning, and environment setup.

• Monitor system performance, capacity, and utilization to identify storage or license issues.

• Document work instructions and coordinate change requests and vendor technical support.

• Execute 24x7 production system support and optimization tuning.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Spotfire implementation and administration.

• Hands-on experience with connections, sources, tools, and capabilities.

• Proven ability in L2/L3 level troubleshooting and problem management.

• Experience in patch and bug fix deployment coordination.

• Knowledge of performance tuning and capacity monitoring.

• Ability to manage service outages and incident lifecycles.

• Experience with security management and system monitoring implementation.

• Any graduate degree.
