Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify sponsorship opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee sports events, activations, and on-ground promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for brand alignment and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and prepare reports.
  • Stay updated on sports marketing trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in sports marketing, brand management, or related domain.
  • Strong network in the sports industry (teams, leagues, events, media).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale events and campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on marketing effectiveness.
  • Company budget 10-12 LPA
