Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sports Manager role located in Nagpur. The Sports Manager will oversee the planning and execution of sports programs and events, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders. Responsibilities include handling budgets for sports activities, supervising trainers, addressing participant concerns, and promoting sports offerings to boost participation. Additionally, including Pickleball and Futsal, handle ground/court rentals, manage the sports booking app, and lead sports events and promotional activities. The candidate should have strong operational, marketing, and event management expertise in the sports industry.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with participants, teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in training and coordinating sports personnel or teams.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for planning and conducting sports events.
• 10+ years of experience in Sports Management / Facility Management / Event Management
• Strong knowledge of Pickleball, Futsal, or similar sports infrastructure
• Experience in sports event management and promotions
• Hands-on experience in App-based booking systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to plan and execute outdoor and field-level promotions
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant certification or degree in sports management, physical education, or related fields is preferred.
