Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Journalist, based in Patna. The Sports Journalist will be responsible for covering cricket events, reporting on matches, producing compelling written content, and conducting interviews with players and experts. Through thorough research and detailed analysis, the candidate will create engaging articles and media content for Criclive's readership. The role also includes contributing to live game commentary and collaborating with editorial teams to enhance fan engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sports Writing and expertise in creating insightful and engaging cricket features
- Strong Writing and Communication skills for producing high-quality and clear content
- Experience with Journalism, including reporting, interviewing, and content research
- Comprehensive knowledge of cricket, with bonus points for familiarity with other sports like football
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sports journalism is a bonus
