The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in sports management and possess a deep understanding of athlete representation.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts and endorsement deals for athletes in various sports including football, soccer, baseball, ice hockey, basketball, and boxing.
- Advise clients on career development, marketing strategies, and personal branding.
- Represent athletes in contract discussions with teams and organizations.
- Monitor athlete performance and provide guidance on training and health.
- Manage public relations and media interactions for athletes.
- Research and analyze market trends to improve client contracts and opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sports management and athlete representation.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract law.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages (French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, teams, and sponsors.
