Job Responsibilities (Sponsorship Sales)
- Research, identify, and qualify potential sponsorsacross targeted industries
- Conductmarket research, competitor analysis, and industry mappingto build a strong sponsor pipeline
- Developeffective sponsorship sales strategies, outreach campaigns, and conversion plans
- Engage withCXOs, Directors, Marketing Heads and decision-makersto pitch sponsorship opportunities
- Createcustom sponsorship proposals, sales decks, value-driven offerings, and ROI-based presentations
- Runemail campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-upsto generate strong leads
- Leadend-to-end negotiation, pricing discussion, objection handling, and closure of sponsorship deals
- Handlecontract drafting, documentation, and coordinationwith internal teams
- Work closely withMarketing, Events, Operations & Contentteams to ensure flawless execution of deliverables
- Maintain strongclient relationshipsto encourage renewals, upselling, and long-term partnerships
- Track and monitorweekly revenue targets, conversion ratios, and sales KPIs
- Maintain accurate data onCRM tools, databases, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports
- Providepost-sales support, addressing sponsor queries, deliverables, and expectations
- Represent the organization atevents, conferences, and business meetingswhen required
- Ensure all sponsorship commitments are delivered withquality, professionalism, and timely execution

Qualifications
