Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sponsorship Sales Specialist to join our team on-site in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential sponsors, securing sponsorship deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will focus on growing sponsorship revenue, conducting market research, and presenting tailored proposals to prospective clients while representing Katalyst Sports professionally during negotiations and events.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sponsorship Sales, including securing and managing sponsorships
• Proficiency in Communication, with an ability to build lasting professional relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities
• Strong background in Sponsorship and Sales to execute effective strategies
• Knowledge of the sports marketing and sponsorship environment is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
