Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include spearheading sponsorship sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing relationships with current and potential sponsors. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored sponsorship packages and ensure client satisfaction while meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for events,
programs, and initiatives.
Identify, approach, and close deals with corporate partners, government bodies, and CSR heads.
Design customized sponsorship proposals and partnership decks aligned to client objectives.
Leverage Generative AI tools for crafting impactful proposals, presentations, and data-backed
insights.
Maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across industries in Eastern India.
Collaborate with internal teams for event execution, partner servicing, and visibility
deliverables.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the Silver Economy and senior
citizen engagement space.
Ensure timely reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or corporate
partnerships (preferably in events, media, CSR, or healthcare), and Government network
Strong network with corporates, PSUs, government departments, and CSR foundations in
Eastern India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to conceptualize and design sponsorship/CSR proposals with clear ROI for partners.
Exposure to Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, etc.) for content, insights, and
business development.
Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to evaluate campaign impact.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Flexibility to travel across the region for client meetings and events.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related
field.
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or CSR/Development Studies (preferred).
Certifications in AI/Analytics/MarTech tools will be an added advantage.
Age Criteria
29 36 years preferred.
Compensation
Salary Range: 5 5.2 LPA (Fixed)

- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to track sales activities and drive performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Background or experience working with senior-focused products or services is a plus.
Work Mode & Days
Working Days: 5 days a week. However, depending on project requirements and events, availability may be required on weekends as well.
Mode of Work: Hybrid (combination of office presence and remote work, as per organizational needs).
