Sponsorship Sales Manager (International B2B Events)

We are a fast-growing international B2B events company organizing executive-level conferences, summits, roundtables, and virtual events across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Our events bring together senior decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, Heads of AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Banking, Retail, HR, and Technology leaders.

We are looking for an ambitious Sponsorship Sales Manager who can take ownership of the complete sponsorship sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiations and closing deals with international software and technology companies.

Role Overview

This is not a lead generation-only role.

We are looking for someone who can:

* Identify and research potential sponsors

* Build relationships with senior decision-makers

* Conduct discovery calls and sponsorship presentations

* Understand client objectives and align them with event opportunities

* Handle negotiations

* Close sponsorship agreements

* Manage follow-ups until contracts are signed

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with senior executives across Europe, the UK, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Prospecting

* Identify relevant software, SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, AI, fintech, cloud, data, and enterprise solution providers

* Build target account lists and sponsorship pipelines

* Research marketing decision-makers and budget holders

Outbound Sales

* Execute outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and referrals

* Schedule discovery meetings with prospects

* Conduct sponsorship presentations and product demos

Sales & Closing

* Understand client marketing objectives

* Recommend suitable sponsorship packages

* Handle objections and negotiations

* Close sponsorship agreements

* Follow up on contracts and payments

Account Management

* Maintain strong relationships with sponsors

* Identify upsell opportunities

* Drive repeat sponsorship revenue

Required Experience

* 3+ years of B2B sales experience

* Experience selling sponsorships, events, SaaS, media, advertising, lead generation, or marketing solutions

* Proven track record of closing international deals

* Strong consultative selling skills

* Excellent verbal and written English communication

Preferred Experience
